ウォン氏は世界のインターネットのガバナンスを協議する委員会(Global Commission on Internet Governance)のコミッショナーを務めるネット界のパイオニア的な存在。1993年に香港で初の公認ISPを共同設立。全世界のドメイン名の割り当てを行っている非営利団体「ICANN」では初代の副会長、アジア太平洋インターネット協会(APIA)副会長などを務める。ブロックチェーンの世界では2015年からビットコインの技術的な問題を解決する為の提案や方法を議論するスケーリングビットコイン(Scaling Bitcoin)の組織設立の支援にもあたっている。ブロックチェーン・仮想通貨領域をカバーするメディアであるコインデスクのアドバイザリーボードとイノベーション委員会の委員も務める。

Irene is the founder and CEO of Gataca, a cybersecurity company that provides Decentralized Digital Identity technology. She is an expert in blockchain-based enterprise solutions, is a professor of Blockchain Applications at OBS, and regularly speaks at international conferences.
Irene started Gataca after conducting extensive research on decentralized architectures for identity and energy financing systems at MIT’s Media Lab. Before MIT, Irene spent a decade advising the U.S. and European Multinational Corporations on IT strategies and global product architecture.
She holds an MBA from MIT, a Master of Science in Telecommuniations Engineering, and a Master of Aeronautics from EOI in Spain.
Maria Vachino joined Easy Dynamics in 2019 where she is focused on IT modernization, Identity and Access Management, and Cybersecurity.
She has been investigating applications for blockchain technology since 2015 when she was the Technical and Government Engagement Lead for the US DHS S&T Cyber Security Directorate's IdM Research, Development, and Technology Transition Program while a member of the Senior Professional Staff at the Johns Hopkins Applied Physics Laboratory. Her most recent blockchain publication can be found in the January/February 2020 edition of IEEE Security and Privacy.

Grant Hummer discovered Ethereum in 2015 while working as a software developer in San Francisco. He fell in love with it quickly, and started the San Francisco Ethereum Developers Meetup, a group which has grown to over 5,000 Ethereum developers in the San Francisco Bay Area. In 2017, he quit his job as a software developer and founded the cryptocurrency investment firm Chromatic Capital, which is focused on investing in Ethereum and the Ethereum ecosystem.
Anson is the chair of IDAXA (idaxa.org), the global voice for the world’s virtual asset associations and service providers, formed during the 2019 G20 Summit. Under IDAXA, Anson launched the openvasp.org initiative and the Joint Working Group to form the InterVASP Messaging Standard to comply with FATF’s travel rule. Anson is the Chair of ACCESS, Singapore’s Cryptocurrency and Blockchain Industry Association (access-sg.org), one of the world’s most influential blockchain associations. In 2020, Anson was appointed to the OECD’s Blockchain Expert Policy Advisory Board. He is also an entrepreneur in the blockchain space, including Zeall and Company, Merkle Trees and CoinPip.
Aldo is a broad-based multidisciplinary technologist, with an eye set on the future, and the other well focused on real field implementations. Since 2015 he has been actively involved in several blockchain / DLT projects and startups ranging from Identity, Electronic Signatures, Strong Authentication, Notarization, and more recently Digital Asset Custody. Aldo participates in ISO TC 307 – Blockchain & Distributed Ledger Technologies and is co-editor of the Technical Report on “Security of Digital Asset Custodians”. He is also part the Italian Ministry for Economic Development’s group of experts, appointed to help draft the national strategy on blokchain & DLTs
James Chapman is the Deputy Managing Director of Economic and Financial Research (EFR) as well as the Senior Research Director in the Funds Management and Banking Department at the Bank of Canada. James received a Ph.D. in economics and a MSc in statistics from the University of Iowa in 2006. James’s primary research focus has been on interbank market and financial market infrastructure issues such as liquidity risk and credit risk in large-value payment systems as well as the efficiency of interbank markets. Recently James’s research focus has evolved to include research on fintech related topics.

Dr Patrick McCorry is the CEO of anydot that specialises on non-custodial transaction infrastructure as a service for Ethereum. He was an Assistant Professor at King's College London in Cryptocurrencies and Security Engineering. As well, he was a researcher at University College London, University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and Newcastle University. His PhD is in applied cryptography, smart contracts & cryptocurrencies.
Kim was the Chief Architect of Identity at Microsoft from 1999 - 2019. In 2004 he wrote the widely cited Laws of Identity calling for privacy enhanced identity and user centricity. In 2005 he invented Information Cards, a very early exploration of SSI. Starting in 2016 he developed Microsoft's Decentralized identity Strategy. Since retiring from Microsoft, he works on integrating OIDC SIOP, DIDs, and Verifiable Credentials at Convergence Tech in Toronto Canada.

Brad Carr leads the IIF’s program on data policy, machine learning, digital identity, transformation, RegTech, cloud and digital currencies. He had led industry research on the adoption of machine learning in credit risk and anti-money laundering, and industry positions papers on explainability, bias, ethical use and supervisory oversight.
Brad previously led the IIF’s advocacy on Basel III, the IIF-ISDA Cumulative Capital Impact study, and the IIF RWA Task Force review of banks’ credit risk modelling practices. Li published a monograph of "Advanced Guide to Blockchain Techinique", and also participated in the compilation of "Introduction to Blockchain", textbooks for college students.
Arnab is an entrepreneur and legal engineer based in Germany and Luxembourg. From 2017 he is advising clients on complex legal matters surrounding decentralized open source technologies. He is the co-founder of STOKR, an European platform for issuance of security tokens. At STOKR, Arnab is responsible for strategic partnerships, policy initiatives and business acquisitions. Arnab is currently the WG chair for Finance Working Group at INATBA, Brussels and is leading an initiative on programmable securities.
Glenn joined Ledger in 2018 and is overseeing all Ledger’s businesses in Asia Pacific with a focus on institutional digital asset custody. He has an extensive career in the financial services and technology industry, working for S&P Global Market intelligence as Head of Hong Kong, Taiwan and Korea, and Shinhan Financial Group as a consultant in financial asset custody and funds administration.
Dave Ripley is the Chief Operating Officer for Kraken, the most trusted global digital asset exchange. Previously, Dave was Co-founder and CEO of Glidera, which was subsequently acquired by Kraken. Dave brings over 20 years of experience and expertise in financial services and technology. Prior to Glidera, Dave advised C-level executive teams of Fortune 500 corporations as a Principal with The Boston Consulting Group (BCG). Dave received his MBA from the Kellogg School of Management (Northwestern University) and his BS in electrical and computer engineering from the University of Illinois (Urbana-Champaign).
Eran founded Ledgertech in 2018 and in his role as Chief Executive Officer he is responsibe for the daily operations and strategic direction of Ledgertech. Former CEO EZSource an IBM Company and CEO/co-founder of EZSource, Eran has worked in executive positions in the software industry for over 30 years.
